Whatever your problem, we can help. You may be unable to repay your debts due to loss of income caused by illness, redundancy or relationship breakdowns or have got into financial difficulty due to covid-19. We can certainly help by providing a solution to suit your circumstances and taking away the worry and stress.
Whatever the reason you are visiting our website, we have lots of information and advice for you, please check out our freebies where you can gain lots of knowledge and tips to help you. Just one other thing, we are a "not for profit" Community Interest Company, which means that we don't believe that organisations should be making money from other peoples misfortunes (and believe us there are lots of them that do!).
So if we can help you, why not give us a call, and let us deal with the burden.
We are the helping hand you may need to get you back in a place of financial freedom. Having money problems is no fun, we want to work with you and help you to overcome your financial burdens.

We offer a range of workshops, seminars and classes to teach you how to manage your money more effectively. We love working together with many organisations to provide financial wellbeing in the community, so get in touch if you need any of the above or would like to partner with us.
We were struggling managing our debts and being self employed with variable income only made things worse. Thankfully working with DRS we have been able to make regular affordable repayments to suit our pocket knowing that we will one day be debt free.
Since my separation I found I was unable to manage my money and my debts were spiralling out of control. DRS have been a rock for me and my family and we feel so much happier knowing we can call them any time for help when needed.
A real weight was lifted right from the first call, now we are able to see the light at the end of the tunnel. It's going to take a while, but we are confident that with the help of DRS things are already improving.
The key to holding on to your budget and not overspending is of course Savvy Shopping.
We've all been there, gone shopping when we are hungry, or God forbid, without an actual shopping list.
Well, here's the secret to making your money go further.
Before you go out to the supermarket or any other shop in fact, make a list. It really does work and instead of arriving home with bags of shopping you didn't really need you actually won;t have fogotten the essentials you were going for in the first place !
You will also find that your shopping bill starts to go down each week, as you aren't buying all those impulse buys too.
Another tip is to have a notepad or a write board on or near the fridge, and get the family on board so that as they use up the last of something it gets written on the list ready for the next shopping trip.
That way you won't end up with 96 toilet rolls and no toothpaste!
It's also a great idea to brand switch. Have you heard of that? What you can do is look at the brands you are currently buying and instead of going for the same brand, try a brand lower. For example if you buy the supermarket "Finest" range, try stepping down a brand to their medium range and see if you can tell the difference. Or if you buy the medium range try their "savers" range. This can work very well especially if you use items such as chopped tomatoes or passata in recipies as often there is very little difference but significant cash savings.
Just by branding down you can save quite a lot over the year. Of course, it might not suit you to switch everything as we all have our favourites, but hey, give it a go and see how you get on.
There are lot of ways to save money when shopping and not just on food shopping. There are often vouchers and coupons online and in magazines you can use. Also be aware of the multi buy offers (3 for 2 etc)., check the small print as sometimes you can actually be paying more per item.
We would really love to hear from you as to how you make savings on your shopping as it's always good to learn from someone else's experiences.
